No forms, no pressure. Just a conversation about you — your goals, your life, what is working and what is not. We take the time to actually listen.
We do not send whoever is available. We think carefully about who will be the right fit for you — personality, background, consistency.
We begin at your pace, adjusting as we go. Your support plan is a living thing that should grow and change alongside you.
A cornerstone is the first stone carefully laid when building something designed to last. Everything else is built from it — and if it is placed well, the whole structure holds.
At Cornerstone Care WA Pty Ltd, we believe quality support begins with strong foundations: trust, consistency, dignity and genuine relationships. Not processes designed for convenience. Not rosters built around availability. Foundations built around you.
Our goal is not simply to provide services. It is to become a trusted, stable presence in the lives of the people and families we support — the kind of provider you can actually count on.
Quality support deserves strong foundations.
Community access, daily living, transport, independence building and more — all built around your goals, not a standard package.

Our valuesCornerstone Care WA Pty Ltd is registered to deliver supports across the following NDIS registration groups.
Cornerstone Care WA Pty Ltd is a newly established NDIS provider built by professionals with years of experience across disability, advocacy and community services. We are building something intentionally from the ground up — because quality support deserves strong foundations.
"We have both worked in disability and community services long enough to know what good support looks like — and to recognise when it is missing. Participants being treated as tasks to tick off. Workers rotating every week. Support plans that did not reflect anyone's actual life. Families left in the dark. We started Cornerstone Care WA because we believed we could build something better. Something built properly, from the ground up. That is what we are doing."
A support service where participants feel genuinely seen, heard and respected. Not rushed, not overlooked, not just another name on a case list.
Person-centred, ethical support built on real relationships — with the consistency, honesty and professionalism every participant deserves.
We will not grow faster than we can do this well. Quality of support comes before the size of our service list, every time.
We do not offer a menu you pick from. We work with you to figure out what actually helps and then we deliver it properly.
Hands-on support with bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, continence care, eating assistance, and household tasks like cleaning, laundry and meal preparation. Always delivered with dignity and at your pace.
Support to get out and be genuinely part of your community — social outings, events, recreational activities, cultural programs and creative participation. We also provide safe, reliable transport to appointments, activities, work or social events, and support participants to build independent travel skills on public transport where that is a goal. Your worker is there to support you, not participate for you.
Building capacity in everyday life — cooking, budgeting, shopping, managing routines, using public transport, communication skills. Also supports participants through major life transitions like leaving school, moving out, or adjusting to a change in needs.
Support for participants living in a shared home with others — household tasks, cooking, cleaning and laundry in that shared environment, while also supporting positive relationships between housemates and the coordination that comes with shared living.
Help to understand, navigate and make the most of your NDIS plan. We connect you with the right services, help set up your supports, work through any challenges along the way, and make sure your plan is actually working for your life — not just sitting in a folder.
These are not words on a wall. They are the questions we ask ourselves when making every decision, from who we hire to how we handle a difficult situation.
In every interaction, without exception. Regardless of the day, the situation, or how long the shift has been.
Trust does not happen in the first session. We invest in building it over time. That is the whole point.
You know your life better than we do. Our job is to support your decisions, not make them for you.
We take our duty of care seriously. Safe environments, safe workers, safe practice. Always.
Warmth and professionalism are not opposites. We hold ourselves accountable because you deserve nothing less.
Showing up when we say we will. Thoughtful worker matching and clear communication if anything changes. No last-minute surprises.
Culture, identity and community are central to who a person is. We listen, learn, and adapt. Always.
You do not need to wait for client reviews to know what working with Cornerstone Care WA Pty Ltd will feel like. These are the things we commit to from day one.
You will always know what is happening. Changes, updates and concerns are communicated promptly — not when it is convenient for us.
Every interaction — every single one — will treat you as a whole person, not a task on a list.
We take matching seriously. We think about your needs, your personality and your communication style before making introductions.
Your support plan reflects your life and your goals — not a generic template we fill in for everyone.
If something is not working, we will say so. We will not tell you what you want to hear — we will tell you the truth and work with you to fix it.
We ask before we act. We want to understand your life before we make any assumptions about what you need.
We will only deliver and claim for supports that are in your plan. No surprises, no hidden charges, no pressure.
We are not here to fill hours. We are here to be a stable, trusted presence in your life — or your family member's life — for as long as you need us.
New to the NDIS or still finding your feet? Here are the four things people ask us most, written plainly and without the jargon.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme is a government program that funds supports and services for Australians under 65 who have a permanent or significant disability. It gives you a plan with funding you can use to access the support you need to live your life — on your terms.
Learn more at ndis.gov.auYour plan outlines your goals and the funding allocated to help you achieve them. Funding is split into categories — Core Supports for everyday activities, Capacity Building for developing independence, and Capital Supports for equipment or home modifications. Not every plan includes all three, and that is okay.
Understanding your planYour funding is based on your disability, your goals, and what the NDIS considers reasonable and necessary. It can feel unclear at first — and that is completely normal. A Support Coordinator or plan manager can help you work through it, and we are always happy to point you in the right direction in a general sense.
Check eligibilityYes — and this is important to know. You have the right to choose and change your providers at any time. If your current support is not working, the fit is wrong, or you simply want something different, you are entitled to make a change. Good providers will never make you feel stuck. We certainly would not.
Talk to us about switchingNo automated responses. Just a genuine conversation about whether we can help. If we cannot, we will say so. We support participants across Perth and surrounding regions, and are available to discuss interstate supports where appropriate.
For support coordinators, family members and allied health professionals. Fill in what you know — no pressure to have everything ready.
